1. Install the clamp on the rail in the unclamped state. For the normally closed type, perform about 10 opening and closing actions with the spacer inserted at the factory, and then install the rail.
2. Temporarily fasten the rail clamp and auxiliary shims (if necessary) to the object such as the slide table to be used. Please use screws with a strength grade of 8.8 or higher, and ensure that the engagement length is at least 0.9 times the nominal diameter of the thread.
3. After repeating the action of clamping/unclamping the rail about 10 times, keep it in the clamped state.
4. In the state of clamping the rail, fasten the mounting screws with the specified tightening torque.
5. For products with sealing rings, fasten the sealing ring fixing bolts in the temporarily fastened state.
6. Confirm that the rail clamp does not interfere with the shield base, etc.
