1. Install the clamp on the guide rail in the unclamped state. For the normally closed type, perform about 10 opening and closing actions with the spacer inserted at the factory, and then install the guide rail.

2. Temporarily fasten the guide rail clamp and the auxiliary gasket (if necessary) on the object such as the slide table to be used. Please use screws with a strength grade of 8.8 or above, and ensure that the engagement length is more than the nominal diameter of the thread × 0.9.
   

3. After repeating the action of clamping/unclamping the guide rail about 10 times, keep it in the clamped state.
   

4. Fasten the mounting screws with the specified tightening torque in the state of clamping the guide rail.
   

5. For products with a sealing ring, fasten the sealing ring fixing bolts in the temporarily fastened state.
   

6. Confirm that the guide rail clamp does not interfere with the shield base, etc.
