1. Install the clamp on the rail in the state of releasing the clamping. For the normally closed type, perform about 10 opening and closing actions with the spacer inserted at the time of delivery, and then install the rail.

2. Temporarily fasten the rail clamp and the auxiliary gasket (if necessary) on the object such as the sliding table to be used. Please use screws with a strength grade of 8.8 or above to ensure that the engagement length is more than the nominal diameter of the thread × 0.9.
   

3. After repeating the action of clamping/releasing the clamping of the rail about 10 times, keep it in the clamping state.
   

4. Fasten the mounting screws with the specified tightening torque in the state of clamping the rail.
   

5. For products with a sealing ring, fasten the sealing ring fixing bolt in the temporarily fastened state.
   

6. Confirm that the rail clamp does not interfere with the shield base, etc.
