Domestic linear guideway, Kulangba NUMAX pneumatic normally open type clamp MCP65S, linear guideway clamping unit. Product installation steps:
Install the clamp on the guideway in the state of releasing the clamping. For the normally closed type, perform about 10 opening and closing actions with the spacer inserted at the factory, and then install the guideway.
Temporarily fasten the guideway clamp and the auxiliary gasket (if necessary) on the object such as the sliding table to be used. Please use screws with a strength grade of 8.8 or above to ensure that the engagement length is more than the nominal diameter of the thread × 0.9.
After repeating the actions of clamping/releasing the clamping of the guideway about 10 times, keep it in the clamping state.
In the state of clamping the guideway, fasten the mounting screws with the specified tightening torque.
For products with a sealing ring, fasten the sealing ring fixing bolts in the temporarily fastened state.
Confirm that there is no interference between the guideway clamp and the shield base, etc.

It can be simply assembled into the existing system. There is no need to make design changes such as extending the guideway length or changing the sliding table size.
