Features:
1. Used for fixing the slide table, positioning and preventing vibration.
2. It is a normally open type.
When the air pressure is on, it clamps the linear guide rail.
When the air pressure is off, the clamping is released.
3. Compact design.
4. It can also be used on square shafts. Please refer to the relevant materials for the hardness and dimensional tolerance of the square shaft.
5. Special specification products with different pneumatic connection positions and mounting hole positions can also be customized.
6. It can be simply assembled to the existing system. There is no need to make design changes such as extending the guide rail length or changing the slide table size.
Pressurization connection method
1. Remove the air filter.
2. Install the pipe joint, hose and solenoid valve.
3. Start supplying air.
1. Start the solenoid valve and confirm the opening and closing status of the clamp.
