Domestic NUMAX linear rail lock, pneumatic normally closed NC clamp MCPS15S. Installation steps:
1. First, install the guide rail Kualamba on the guide rail in the state of releasing the clamping. For the normally closed type, perform about 10 opening and closing actions with the spacer inserted at the time of factory shipment, and then install the guide rail.
2. Then temporarily fasten the guide rail Kualamba and the auxiliary gasket (if necessary) on the object such as the slide table to be used. Screws with a strength grade of 8.8 or higher are required, and ensure that the engagement length is the nominal diameter of the thread × 0.9 or more.
3. Next, after repeating the action of clamping/releasing the clamping of the guide rail about 10 times, keep it in the clamping state.
4. In the state of clamping the guide rail, fasten the mounting screws with the specified tightening torque. Please refer to each product page for the tightening torque.
5. For products with sealing rings, fasten the sealing ring fixing bolts in the temporarily fastened state.
6. Confirm that there is no interference between the guide rail Kualamba and the shield base, etc.
7. The normally closed guide rail lock has a spacer clamped between the contact surfaces at the time of factory shipment. Do not remove the spacer except during installation. If it is left for a long time with the spacer removed, the MCPS may not operate.

2. It is a normally closed (Normally Closed) type.
That is, when air is supplied: Release the clamping. When air is exhausted: Clamp the linear guide rail by the force of the spring.
The opening pressure is 0.3MPa

Installation dimensions
It can be simply assembled into the existing system. There is no need for design changes such as extending the length of the guide rail or changing the size of the slide table.
