Shaft diameter φ12mm optical shaft locking device, NUMAX spool clamp, pneumatic normally closed type MKRS1200A, installation precautions:
1. First, install the guide rail Kurohage on the guide rail in the state of releasing the clamping. For the normally closed type, perform about 10 opening and closing actions with the spacer inserted at the time of factory shipment, and then install the guide rail.
2. Then temporarily fasten the guide rail Kurohage and the auxiliary gasket (if necessary) on the object such as the sliding table to be used. Screws with a strength grade of 8.8 or above should be used to ensure that the engagement length is more than the nominal diameter of the thread × 0.9.
3. Next, after repeating the action of clamping/releasing the clamping of the guide rail about 10 times, keep it in the clamping state.
4. In the state of clamping the guide rail, fasten the mounting screws with the specified tightening torque. Please refer to each product page for the tightening torque.
5. For products with a sealing ring, fasten the sealing ring fixing bolt in the temporarily fastened state.
6. Confirm that there is no interference between the guide rail Kurohage and the shield base, etc.
7. At the time of factory shipment, a spacer is sandwiched between the contact surfaces of the MKRS. Do not remove the spacer except during installation. If it is left for a long time with the spacer removed, the MKRS may not operate.

When air pressure is supplied: Release the clamping.
When air pressure is discharged: Clamp the shaft by the force of the spring.Products with an opening pressure of 0.3MPa and 0.4MPa have been standardized.
It can also be used on linear shafts and circular shafts.
