Product Description
The rotary drum dryer for nickel ore is a professional heavy-duty industrial drying equipment tailored for laterite nickel ore and nickel concentrate processing scenarios. It adopts a special anti-sticking, high-wear-resistance optimized structure, which can efficiently handle the high-moisture, high-viscosity laterite nickel ore materials. It is a core supporting equipment for nickel ore smelting and ferronickel production lines, widely used in non-ferrous metal metallurgy, new energy mineral processing and other industries.
Working Principle
The reinforced drum with anti-sticking lining is driven by a high-torque adjustable transmission system to rotate stably at a low speed. The wet nickel ore with high free moisture is continuously fed into the drum, and the built-in special material-guiding and lifting plates fully break up the agglomerated viscous nickel ore to form a uniform and dispersed material curtain, making the materials fully contact with the high-temperature hot air flow. The free moisture and partial crystalline water in the nickel ore are efficiently evaporated through the multi-section gradient temperature control zones, and the dried nickel ore materials with stable moisture are stably discharged from the non-blocking outlet, realizing long-term continuous and stable large-capacity drying operation.

Special anti-sticking design: The optimized internal structure completely solves the problem of high-viscosity laterite nickel ore sticking to the wall and agglomerating, ensuring continuous and smooth operation.
Super large processing capacity: The maximum daily processing capacity can reach 400 tons, which perfectly matches the large-scale production rhythm of laterite nickel ore processing lines.
High drying efficiency: It can reduce the moisture content of raw nickel ore from 35% to about 7%, fully meeting the feeding requirements of subsequent ferronickel smelting processes.
Durable and reliable: The wear-resistant drum lining and high-quality transmission components can adapt to the harsh long-term operation conditions of nickel ore processing, greatly reducing maintenance frequency.
