Product Description
The rotary drum dryer production line is a full-set automated industrial drying system centered on the rotary drum dryer. It integrates feeding, heat supply, main drying unit, dust removal, finished product output and intelligent control modules, and supports continuous large-capacity drying of various bulk materials such as minerals, industrial slag and granular raw materials. It is a core supporting facility for large-scale production lines in mining, metallurgy, building materials and chemical industries.
Working Principle
Wet materials are quantitatively and stably fed into the rotary drum through the feeding system. The heat source unit provides stable high-temperature hot air. The materials are continuously flipped and scattered in the slowly rotating drum to fully exchange heat with the hot air, and the internal moisture is rapidly evaporated. The water vapor is purified and discharged by the multi-stage dust removal system, and the dried finished materials are stably output from the anti-blocking discharge port. The whole process is dynamically regulated by the central control system to keep parameters stable.
