Product Description
The 50 TPH rotary drum dryer is a super-large heavy-duty industrial drying equipment customized for the hourly processing capacity of 50 tons. It features an ultra-reinforced heavy-duty structure, 24/7 non-stop operation capability and ultra-large throughput, and is specially designed for super-large mineral processing, bulk industrial material drying and large production line supporting scenarios. It is widely used in super-large beneficiation plants, metallurgical bases and large building material production enterprises.
Working Principle
The extra-thick heavy-duty drum supported by multiple sets of heavy-duty riding wheels is driven by a high-torque multi-motor synchronous transmission system to rotate stably at a constant speed. Wet materials are continuously and quantitatively fed into the drum, and the built-in high-chromium wear-resistant lifting plates fully scatter high-density materials to form a uniform material curtain, making the materials fully contact with high-temperature hot air. The moisture in the materials is efficiently evaporated through multi-section gradient drying zones, and the dried materials with stable moisture are stably discharged from the large-caliber anti-blocking outlet, realizing long-term uninterrupted stable drying operation at the 50 ton per hour level.
Key Features
Reasonable layout: The overall occupied area is about 120 ㎡, which perfectly matches the layout demand of super-large formal production lines.
Ultra-high energy efficiency: The built-in multi-stage waste heat recovery system boosts the overall thermal efficiency to over 94%, and the unit energy consumption is 30% lower than that of medium-sized dryers with the same total output.
Super durable: The extra-thick wear-resistant drum wall and heavy-duty transmission components support long-term uninterrupted operation, with a service life of more than 18 years.
Strong material adaptability: It can adapt to various high-density bulk materials such as iron ore, silica sand, mineral concentrate, and the final moisture can be stably controlled below 5%.
