Product Description
The 10 TPH rotary drum dryer is a medium-sized industrial drying equipment customized for the hourly processing capacity of 10 tons. It features a stable heavy-duty structure, high continuous operation efficiency and strong material adaptability, and is specially designed for medium and large-scale mineral processing, non-metallic mineral drying and formal production line supporting scenarios. It is widely used in medium-sized beneficiation plants, building material production bases and large industrial material drying enterprises.
Working Principle
The thickened reinforced drum supported by heavy-duty riding wheels is driven by a high-torque stable transmission system to rotate at a constant speed. Wet materials are continuously and quantitatively fed into the drum, and the built-in high-wear-resistance lifting plates fully scatter the materials to form a uniform material curtain, making the materials fully contact with the hot air flow. The moisture in the materials is efficiently evaporated through the multi-section gradient drying zones, and the dried materials with stable moisture are stably discharged from the anti-blocking outlet, realizing long-term 24-hour continuous and stable drying operation at the 10 ton per hour level.

High energy efficiency: The optimized multi-stage heat exchange structure boosts the thermal efficiency to over 90%, and the unit energy consumption is 20% lower than that of small dryers with the same total output.
Durable and reliable: The thickened drum wall and high-quality transmission components support long-term uninterrupted operation, with extremely low failure rate and long service life.
Wide material adaptability: It can adapt to various high-density materials such as mineral concentrate, silica sand, industrial slag, and the final moisture can be stably controlled below 5%.
