Product Description
The rotary drum dryer for graphite is a professional low-loss, anti-pollution industrial drying equipment tailored for graphite processing scenarios. It adopts a fully sealed, anti-sticking optimized structure, which can efficiently process fine-grained high-humidity graphite powder, expandable graphite and graphite concentrate. It is a core supporting facility for graphite beneficiation and deep processing production lines, widely used in new energy materials, non-metallic mineral processing and other industries.
Working Principle
The reinforced sealed drum is driven by a stable adjustable transmission system to rotate at a constant speed. The wet fine-grained graphite materials are continuously fed into the drum, and the built-in special anti-wear and anti-sticking lifting plates fully scatter the materials to form a uniform material curtain, making the graphite fully contact with clean hot air. The moisture in the materials is efficiently evaporated through multi-section constant temperature drying zones, and the dried graphite with stable moisture is stably discharged from the residue-free outlet, realizing low-loss continuous drying operation.
Key Features
Ultra-low material loss: The fully sealed inner cavity and fine dust recovery system make the recovery rate of fine graphite powder reach over 99.5%, effectively avoiding the loss of high-value graphite materials.
Anti-sticking and no agglomeration: The optimized non-stick inner wall structure completely solves the problem of fine-grained high-humidity graphite sticking to the wall and blocking.
High drying efficiency: The thermal efficiency is as high as 93%, which can reduce the moisture of graphite materials from 20%~30% to below 5%, fully meeting the feeding requirements of subsequent graphite deep processing processes.
Strong adaptability: It can be customized with anti-corrosion and high-temperature resistant configurations, adapting to different graphite products such as natural flake graphite, artificial graphite and expandable graphite.
