Product Introduction
The complete rotary drum drying plant is a full-set integrated industrial drying system centered on the rotary drum dryer. It integrates feeding, heat supply, drying, dust removal, finished product discharging and automatic control modules, and can realize continuous, automatic and large-capacity drying operation for various bulk materials. It is widely matched with beneficiation, building materials, chemical and other production lines, and is a turnkey solution for large-scale material drying demands.
Working Principle
Wet materials are stably and quantitatively fed into the rotary drum through the feeding system, and the heat source system provides stable high-temperature hot air. The materials are continuously flipped and scattered in the rotating drum to fully exchange heat with the hot air, and the moisture is rapidly evaporated. The water vapor is discharged after being purified by the dust removal system, and the dried finished materials are output from the discharging system. The whole process is regulated by the automatic control system to ensure stable operation parameters.

Full-process integration: No need for separate supporting equipment, the whole plant can be put into operation after one-time connection, greatly shortening the construction cycle.
High energy-saving level: The built-in waste heat recovery system improves the overall thermal efficiency to over 90%, and the unit energy consumption is 20%~30% lower than that of decentralized equipment.
High environmental protection standard: The multi-stage dust removal system makes the exhaust gas emission fully meet the national industrial environmental protection requirements, with zero material leakage.
Intelligent operation: The full-set automatic control system can realize unattended operation, real-time adjustment of temperature, rotating speed and feeding volume, and the operation is simpler and more stable.
