Product Description
The 2 TPH rotary drum dryer is a small and medium-sized industrial drying equipment customized for the hourly processing capacity of 2 tons. It features compact structure, small floor occupation and flexible configuration, and is specially designed for small and medium-sized mineral processing, small-batch drying of non-metallic minerals and pilot production scenarios. It is widely used in small beneficiation plants, new material processing bases and small and medium-sized processing enterprises.
Working Principle
The reinforced drum with optimized inner cavity is driven by a stable low-power transmission system to rotate at a constant speed. Wet materials are continuously and quantitatively fed into the drum, and the built-in high-efficiency lifting plates fully scatter the materials to form a uniform material curtain, making the materials fully contact with the hot air flow. The moisture in the materials is efficiently evaporated through the gradient drying zone, and the dried materials with stable moisture are stably discharged from the anti-blocking outlet, realizing continuous and stable drying operation at the 2 ton per hour level.

Compact and space-saving: The overall floor area is about 15 ㎡, which is very suitable for small sites or small production scenarios with limited space.
Low energy consumption: The optimized heat source system has low power and fuel consumption, and the unit operation cost is far lower than that of large drying equipment.
Easy to install and debug: The integrated frame design does not need complex foundation construction, and it can be put into use quickly after being in place.
Wide material adaptability: It can be quickly adjusted for different materials such as concentrate, mineral powder, granular raw materials, and the final moisture can be stably controlled below 5%.
