Product Description
The 20 TPH rotary drum dryer is a large-scale heavy-duty industrial drying equipment customized for the hourly processing capacity of 20 tons. It features a reinforced heavy-duty structure, ultra-high continuous operation stability and strong material adaptability, and is specially designed for large-scale mineral processing, bulk industrial material drying and large production line supporting scenarios. It is widely used in large beneficiation plants, metallurgical bases and large building material production enterprises.
Working Principle
The thickened heavy-duty drum supported by multiple sets of heavy-duty riding wheels is driven by a high-torque dual-motor synchronous transmission system to rotate stably at a constant speed. Wet materials are continuously and quantitatively fed into the drum, and the built-in high-chromium wear-resistant lifting plates fully scatter the high-density materials to form a uniform material curtain, making the materials fully contact with the high-temperature hot air flow. The moisture in the materials is efficiently evaporated through the multi-section gradient drying zones, and the dried materials with stable moisture are stably discharged from the large-caliber anti-blocking outlet, realizing long-term 24-hour uninterrupted stable drying operation at the 20 ton per hour level.

Reasonable layout: The overall occupied area is about 65 ㎡, which perfectly matches the layout demand of large-scale formal production lines.
Ultra-high energy efficiency: The built-in waste heat recovery system boosts the overall thermal efficiency to over 92%, and the unit energy consumption is 25% lower than that of medium-sized dryers with the same total output.
Super durable: The thickened wear-resistant drum wall and heavy-duty transmission components support long-term uninterrupted operation, with a service life of more than 12 years.
Strong material adaptability: It can adapt to various high-density bulk materials such as iron ore, silica sand, mineral concentrate, and the final moisture can be stably controlled below 5%.
