Product Description
The rotary drum dryer for silica sand is a high-efficiency, energy-saving industrial drying equipment tailored for silica sand processing scenarios. It adopts a multi-pass heat exchange optimized structure, which can efficiently process large batches of high-humidity silica sand, quartz sand and granular silica materials. It is a core supporting facility for silica sand production lines, widely used in glass manufacturing, construction sand, foundry sand and high-purity silicon material processing industries.
Working Principle
The reinforced drum with built-in multi-layer heat exchange zones is driven by a stable adjustable transmission system to rotate at a constant speed. The wet silica sand materials are continuously fed into the drum, and the built-in high-wear-resistance lifting plates fully scatter the granular materials to form a uniform material curtain, making the silica sand fully contact with high-temperature hot air. The surface moisture of the materials is efficiently evaporated through the multi-stage heat exchange process, and the dried silica sand with stable moisture is stably discharged from the anti-blocking outlet, realizing continuous and high-efficiency drying operation.

Large processing capacity: The optimized structure adapts to the granular characteristics of silica sand, with a maximum hourly output of 8~15 tons, perfectly matching the high-yield operation rhythm of large-scale silica sand production lines.
