Product Description
The 1 TPH rotary drum dryer is a small and medium-sized industrial drying equipment customized for the hourly processing capacity of 1 ton. It features compact structure, small floor occupation and flexible configuration, and is specially designed for small-scale mineral processing, laboratory pilot test, small batch drying of non-metallic minerals and other scenarios. It is widely used in small beneficiation plants, new material test bases and small processing enterprises.
Working Principle
The miniaturized reinforced drum is driven by a low-power stable transmission system to rotate at a constant speed. Wet materials are continuously and quantitatively fed into the drum, and the built-in mini high-efficiency lifting plates fully scatter the materials to form a uniform material curtain, making the materials fully contact with the hot air flow. The moisture in the materials is efficiently evaporated through the short-distance gradient drying zone, and the dried materials with stable moisture are stably discharged from the small anti-blocking outlet, realizing continuous and stable drying operation at the 1 ton per hour level.

Easy to move and install: The integrated frame design does not need complex foundation construction, and it can be put into use quickly after being in place.
Wide material adaptability: It can be quickly adjusted for different materials such as small batches of concentrate, mineral powder, granular raw materials, and the final moisture can be stably controlled below 5%.
