The turnkey rotary drum dryer solution is a full-process, one-stop customized industrial drying service package. It covers the whole links from process design, equipment manufacturing, installation and commissioning to after-sales training, and can be directly put into operation after delivery. It is widely applicable to large-capacity drying scenarios of mineral materials, industrial slag, building materials and other bulk materials, and is a full-coverage customized solution for enterprise drying demands.
Working Principle
The solution first carries out targeted process design according to the properties of the user's materials, site conditions and capacity requirements. The complete set of system integrates quantitative feeding, high-efficiency heat supply, rotary drum main machine, multi-stage dust removal, finished product output and intelligent control modules. The wet materials continuously complete full heat exchange and moisture evaporation in the rotating drum, and the whole process is automatically regulated to realize stable, continuous and low-energy-consumption drying operation.
