Product Description
The rotary drum dryer for lithium ore is a professional low-pollution, high-efficiency industrial drying equipment tailored for lithium ore processing scenarios. It adopts a fully sealed, anti-magnetic-contamination optimized structure, which can efficiently process spodumene, lepidolite and lithium concentrate materials. It is a core supporting facility for lithium ore beneficiation and lithium salt production lines, widely used in new energy mineral processing, non-ferrous metal metallurgy and other industries.
Working Principle
The reinforced sealed drum made of low-magnetic 316L stainless steel is driven by a stable adjustable transmission system to rotate at a constant speed. The wet lithium ore materials are continuously fed into the drum, and the built-in special anti-wear and anti-sticking lifting plates fully scatter the materials to form a uniform material curtain, making the lithium ore fully contact with clean hot air. The moisture in the materials is efficiently evaporated through multi-section constant temperature drying zones, and the dried lithium ore with stable moisture is stably discharged from the residue-free outlet, realizing low-loss continuous drying operation.
Key Features
Ultra-low magnetic contamination: The drum and internal components are made of low-magnetic 316L stainless steel, with the increment of magnetic substances ≤15ppb, avoiding pollution to high-purity lithium materials.
Low material loss: The fully sealed inner cavity and fine dust recovery system make the recovery rate of lithium ore powder reach over 99.4%, effectively avoiding the loss of valuable lithium resources.
High drying efficiency: The thermal efficiency is as high as 92%, which can reduce the moisture of lithium ore from 25%~35% to below 5%, fully meeting the feeding requirements of subsequent lithium salt smelting processes.
Strong adaptability: It can adjust process parameters according to different lithium ore properties, adapting to various lithium ore materials such as spodumene and lepidolite.
