Product Description
The rotary drum dryer for lead zinc concentrate is a professional low-loss, anti-pollution industrial drying equipment tailored for lead-zinc concentrate processing scenarios. It adopts a fully sealed, anti-sticking optimized structure, which can efficiently process fine-grained high-humidity lead concentrate and zinc concentrate. It is a core supporting facility for non-ferrous metal beneficiation and smelting production lines, widely used in lead-zinc mines, mineral processing plants and smelting enterprises.
Working Principle
The reinforced sealed drum is driven by a stable adjustable transmission system to rotate at a constant speed. The wet fine-grained lead-zinc concentrate is continuously fed into the drum, and the built-in special anti-wear and anti-sticking lifting plates fully scatter the materials to form a uniform material curtain, making the concentrate fully contact with clean hot air. The moisture in the materials is efficiently evaporated through multi-section constant temperature drying zones, and the dried lead-zinc concentrate with stable moisture is stably discharged from the residue-free outlet, realizing low-loss continuous drying operation.
Key Features
Ultra-low material loss: The fully sealed inner cavity and fine dust recovery system make the recovery rate of lead-zinc concentrate reach over 99.4%, effectively avoiding the loss of valuable non-ferrous metals.
Anti-sticking and no agglomeration: The optimized non-stick inner wall structure completely solves the problem of fine-grained high-humidity lead-zinc concentrate sticking to the wall and blocking.
High drying efficiency: The thermal efficiency is as high as 92%, which can reduce the moisture of lead-zinc concentrate from 25%~35% to below 8%, fully meeting the feeding requirements of subsequent smelting processes.
Strong adaptability: It can be customized with anti-corrosion configuration, adapting to different properties of lead-zinc concentrate such as sulfide ore and oxidized ore.
