Product Description
The rotary drum dryer for iron ore is a professional heavy-duty industrial drying equipment tailored for iron ore processing scenarios. It adopts a high-wear-resistance, large-throughput optimized structure, which can efficiently process large batches of iron ore powder, iron concentrate and iron ore slurry. It is a core supporting equipment for iron ore beneficiation and pellet production lines, widely used in iron and steel metallurgy, mineral processing and other industries.
Working Principle
The thickened reinforced drum supported by heavy-duty riding wheels is driven by a high-torque transmission system to rotate stably at a low speed. The wet iron ore materials are continuously fed into the drum, and the built-in high-chromium wear-resistant lifting plates fully scatter the high-density iron ore to form a uniform material curtain, making the materials fully contact with the high-temperature hot air flow. The moisture in the iron ore is efficiently evaporated through the multi-section gradient drying zones, and the dried iron ore materials with stable moisture are stably discharged from the anti-blocking outlet, realizing long-term continuous and stable large-capacity drying operation.
Key Features
Super wear resistance: The inner wall and lifting plates are made of high-chromium wear-resistant materials, which resist long-term scouring of high-hardness iron ore, with a service life of more than 12 years.
Ultra-large processing capacity: The optimized inner cavity structure adapts to the high-density characteristics of iron ore, and the maximum daily processing capacity can exceed 4000 tons, perfectly matching the high-yield operation rhythm of large-scale iron ore beneficiation lines.
Low energy consumption: The built-in waste heat recovery system improves the thermal efficiency to over 93%, and the unit energy consumption is 25% lower than that of ordinary dryers.
Strong adaptability: It can adjust the process parameters according to different iron ore properties, and can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 40% to below 6%, fully meeting the subsequent pelletizing and smelting feeding requirements.
