Product Description
The rotary drum dryer for gold ore is a professional heavy-duty drying equipment tailored for gold ore beneficiation scenarios. It adopts a wear-resistant, anti-pollution optimized structure, which can efficiently process large batches of gold ore powder, gold concentrate and associated mineral materials. It is a core supporting equipment for gold ore processing lines, widely used in gold mines, beneficiation plants and precious metal mineral processing industries.
Working Principle
The reinforced heavy-duty drum is driven by a high-torque transmission system to rotate stably at a low speed. The wet gold ore materials are continuously fed into the drum, and the built-in high-wear-resistance lifting plates fully scatter the gold ore to form a uniform material curtain, making the materials fully contact with the hot air flow. The moisture in the gold ore is efficiently evaporated through the multi-section constant temperature drying zones, and the dried gold ore materials are stably discharged from the anti-blocking outlet, realizing the continuous and stable drying operation without material loss.
Key Features
High wear resistance: The inner wall and lifting plates are made of thickened wear-resistant steel, which resists long-term scouring of high-hardness gold ore, with a service life of more than 10 years.
No precious metal loss: The fully sealed inner cavity structure avoids the flying loss of fine gold ore powder, and the material recovery rate is as high as 99.5%.
Large processing capacity: The maximum daily output can exceed 2000 tons, which perfectly matches the high-yield operation rhythm of large-scale gold ore beneficiation lines.
Strong adaptability: It can adjust the internal structure according to the characteristics of gold ore, and can reduce the moisture content of raw ore from 30%~50% to below 5%, meeting the subsequent smelting and processing requirements.
