Product Description
The rotary drum dryer for mineral processing is a professional heavy-duty industrial drying equipment tailored for the mineral processing industry. It is designed with a wear-resistant and anti-blocking structure to adapt to the harsh working conditions of high dust, large feeding volume and complex material properties in mines. It is specially used for large-capacity drying of various mineral materials such as ore, mineral sand, flotation concentrate, tailings and slag, and is widely matched with beneficiation production lines in mining, metallurgy, building materials and other fields.
Working Principle
The heavy-duty reinforced drum supported by thickened riding wheels is driven by a high-torque transmission system to rotate stably at a low speed. The wet mineral materials are continuously fed into the drum, and the built-in high-wear-resistance lifting plates fully scatter the heavy mineral materials to form a uniform material curtain, making the materials fully contact with the high-temperature hot air flow. The moisture in the mineral materials is efficiently evaporated through the multi-section drying zones, and the dried mineral materials are stably discharged from the anti-blocking discharge port, realizing the long-term continuous and stable drying operation of large-capacity mineral materials.
Key Features
Super strong wear resistance: The inner wall and lifting plates are made of wear-resistant steel or lined with anti-wear materials, which can resist the long-term scouring of high-hardness mineral materials, and the service life is more than 2 times that of ordinary dryers.
Large processing capacity: The optimized inner cavity structure adapts to the high-density characteristics of mineral materials, and the maximum daily processing capacity can exceed 3000 tons, which perfectly matches the high-yield operation rhythm of beneficiation production lines.
Anti-blocking and easy to clean: The special non-stick material guide structure avoids the bonding and blockage of wet mineral materials, and the maintenance and cleaning cycle is greatly extended.
Strong adaptability: It can be matched with different heat sources such as coal, biomass and flue gas from kilns, and can adapt to the drying demands of various mineral materials with different moisture contents and particle sizes.
