Product Description
The automatic rotary drum dryer is a highly automated industrial drying equipment built on the basis of traditional rotary drum dryers, integrating automatic feeding, temperature control, discharging and operation monitoring modules. It can realize 24-hour unattended stable operation, effectively reduce manual intervention and avoid human operation errors. It is widely used in large-scale continuous drying production scenarios in industries such as new energy, chemical, food and environmental protection.
Working Principle
The equipment is connected with the front-end automatic metering feeding system and the back-end automatic collecting and conveying system. The built-in multi-point sensor group collects real-time data such as drum rotating speed, hot air temperature, material moisture and exhaust humidity. The automatic control system dynamically adjusts parameters such as feeding speed, drum rotating speed and heat source output according to the set optimal drying logic. The materials are fully and uniformly heat-exchanged in the drum, the moisture is precisely evaporated to the target value, and the finished materials are automatically output through the non-blocking discharging unit, realizing the full-process automatic continuous drying operation.

Highly automatic operation: It supports 24-hour unattended operation, and the number of on-site operators can be reduced by more than 70% compared with ordinary dryers.
Stable and consistent drying effect: The full-process automatic closed-loop control makes the moisture uniformity of finished materials controlled within ±0.3%, and the product qualification rate is greatly improved.
Intelligent fault early warning: It can automatically identify abnormal conditions such as material blockage, over-temperature and insufficient heat source, and give an alarm in time to avoid production shutdown losses.
Easy to connect with the production line: It can be seamlessly connected with the front and rear automatic processes of the user's existing production line, realizing the full-line automatic operation of the drying section.
