Product Description
The energy saving rotary drum dryer is an optimized low-energy-consumption industrial drying equipment designed for reducing long-term production energy cost. It adopts a restructured internal heat exchange structure and tail gas waste heat recovery system, with thermal efficiency far higher than that of conventional models. It is widely used in large-capacity continuous drying scenarios across new energy, chemical, food and environmental protection industries, effectively cutting the overall energy consumption of the production line.
Working Principle
The specially optimized drum is driven by a low-power high-efficiency transmission system to run stably. The built-in combined heat-conducting lifting plates fully scatter the materials into a uniform thin material curtain, maximizing the contact area between materials and hot air. The multi-stage gradient temperature control zones precisely match the moisture evaporation rules of materials, making full use of the heat energy of hot air. The waste heat of the exhausted tail gas is recycled to preheat the fresh air entering the furnace, and the dried materials are discharged stably, realizing the high-efficiency and low-energy-consumption continuous drying process.
Key Features
Ultra-high energy efficiency: The optimized heat exchange structure raises the thermal efficiency to over 93%, which is 20%~30% higher than that of ordinary rotary drum dryers, and the unit energy consumption is greatly reduced.
Significant cost reduction: The built-in tail gas waste heat recovery system can recycle more than 30% of the waste heat, and the long-term operating cost of the drying section is reduced by more than 25%.
Stable and reliable operation: The optimized low-resistance air duct design reduces the power consumption of the fan, and the failure rate of the whole machine is far lower than that of ordinary energy-saving transformation equipment.
Wide adaptability: It supports customized configurations such as stainless steel anti-corrosion, PLC intelligent control, large capacity, etc., and the processing capacity covers 5kg/h to 2000t/d, meeting the energy-saving drying demands of different industries.
