The multi purpose stainless steel rotary dryer is a versatile industrial drying equipment with all material-contact parts made of high-grade 304/316L stainless steel. It can adapt to the drying demands of dozens of different materials across multiple industries, featuring strong anti-corrosion performance, no material residue, and no heavy metal precipitation. It is widely applicable to food processing, pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, new energy and other scenarios, and is a cost-effective multi-scenario drying solution that can meet diversified production demands with one machine.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed multi-purpose stainless steel drum is driven by a heavy-duty adjustable-speed transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. Wet materials are fed into the drum through the quick-change feeding structure. The modular combined lifting plates can be quickly adjusted and replaced according to the characteristics of different materials, making the materials fully contact with the hot air flow with adjustable temperature in a wide range. The moisture in different types of materials is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage adjustable temperature control zones, and the dried finished products are stably discharged through the quick-change discharging structure that matches the material properties, completing the continuous drying process that can adapt to multiple materials.
