Product Description
The heavy duty rotary drum dryer is a high-load, super-large industrial drying equipment designed for harsh working conditions and high-capacity continuous production scenarios. Its main body and load-bearing components are made of thickened high-strength steel, with ultra-strong impact resistance and overload resistance. It can stably handle large-volume, high-humidity, high-density bulk materials for 24 hours, and is widely used in large-scale drying scenarios of mining, metallurgy, building materials, environmental protection and other heavy industries.
Working Principle
The extra-thick heavy-duty drum supported by a reinforced heavy-duty riding wheel structure is driven by a high-torque low-speed transmission system to rotate stably and continuously. A large amount of high-humidity heavy bulk materials are stably fed into the drum through the anti-blocking heavy-duty feeding port. The wear-resistant thickened lifting plates continuously lift and turn over the heavy materials, making the materials fully contact with the high-temperature large-air-volume hot airflow. The moisture in the materials is efficiently evaporated through the long-stroke multi-zone drying process, and the dried heavy finished materials are stably discharged from the wear-resistant heavy-duty discharging end, completing the 24-hour uninterrupted large-capacity heavy-load drying operation.
Key Features
Ultra-high load-bearing capacity: The thickened reinforced structure can withstand the impact of super-large-volume heavy materials, and the maximum processing capacity can reach more than 2000t/d.
Extremely durable and wear-resistant: The main body and vulnerable parts are treated with special wear-resistant process, and the service life is more than 2 times longer than that of ordinary standard dryers.
Stable operation under harsh conditions: It can adapt to harsh working conditions such as severe dust, large material fluctuation and high ambient temperature, and the 24-hour continuous operation rate is over 99%.
Low comprehensive operation cost: The optimized heavy-duty heat exchange design makes the thermal efficiency up to 93%, and the later maintenance cycle is long, which is very suitable for long-term large-capacity continuous production in heavy industrial scenarios.
