Product Description
The stainless steel rotary dryer for crystals is a specialized drying equipment tailored for crystalline materials, with all material-contact parts made of high-grade 304/316L stainless steel. It adopts anti-crystal breakage, anti-pollution and low-temperature optimized structures, which can effectively protect the crystal grain integrity and avoid crystal dissolution or agglomeration. It is widely used in drying scenarios of industrial crystals, food crystals, pharmaceutical crystals, new energy crystal materials and other crystalline products with strict requirements for crystal form and hygiene.
Working Principle
The specially designed low-speed stainless steel drum for crystals is driven by a precision adjustable transmission system to rotate gently and stably. The built-in curved soft-turning lifting plates make the crystalline materials roll slowly and evenly, avoiding strong impact and friction that cause crystal breakage. The materials fully contact with the uniformly distributed low-temperature clean hot air flow, and the surface moisture of the crystals is efficiently and gently evaporated through the multi-section precise constant temperature zone far below the crystal dissolution point. The dried crystals are stably discharged through the smooth anti-breakage discharging port, and the fine crystal dust entrained in the tail gas is efficiently recovered by the matched dust collector, realizing the full-process low breakage, no crystal dissolution and pollution-free crystal drying operation.
Key Features
Ultra-high crystal integrity: The optimized low-speed gentle turning structure makes the crystal breakage rate lower than 2%, and the crystal form and particle size distribution of the finished product are completely consistent with the requirements.
No crystal dissolution or agglomeration: The precise low-temperature constant temperature control system strictly controls the drying temperature below the crystal dissolution point, completely avoiding crystal dissolution, adhesion and agglomeration during the drying process.
Full hygienic compliance: The full stainless steel polished inner cavity has no residual dead corners, no heavy metal precipitation, and is easy to clean and sterilize, fully meeting the strict standards of pharmaceutical, food and other industries for crystal product production.
Wide adaptability: It can be customized for different crystalline materials with different crystal forms and temperature sensitivities, and the processing capacity covers the range from 5kg/h to 800t/d.
