Product Description
The stainless steel rotary dryer for powder is a specialized drying equipment tailored for fine powdery materials, with all material-contact parts made of high-grade 304/316L stainless steel. It is equipped with anti-flying, anti-caking and anti-pollution optimized structures, which can effectively avoid powder loss and cross-contamination. It is widely used in the drying scenarios of chemical powder, food additive powder, new energy material powder, pharmaceutical intermediate powder and other fine powdery materials.
Working Principle
The specially designed sealed stainless steel drum is driven by an adjustable low-speed transmission system to rotate stably. The built-in anti-flying and anti-caking combined lifting plates make the powdery materials form a uniform and gentle material curtain, avoiding the excessive flying of fine powder. The materials fully contact with the purified hot air flow, and the moisture is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-section low-temperature constant temperature zone. The dried powder is stably discharged through the special anti-residue discharging port, and the fine powder entrained in the tail gas is efficiently recovered by the matched high-precision dust collector, realizing the full-process closed, low-loss and pollution-free powder drying operation.
Key Features
Ultra-low powder loss: The full sealed structure and high-precision dust collection system can recover more than 98% of fine powder, and the material loss rate is far lower than that of ordinary dryers.
No cross-contamination: The full stainless steel polished inner cavity has no residual dead corners, which is easy to clean and sterilize, and fully meets the hygiene requirements of food, pharmaceutical and other industries for powder production.
No powder caking: The optimized low-speed operation and anti-caking structure can effectively avoid the caking phenomenon of powdery materials during the drying process, and the uniformity of finished powder is greatly improved.
Wide capacity coverage: It supports customized models with processing capacity from 5kg/h to 500t/d, which can meet the diversified drying demands of small powder laboratories and large-scale powder production lines.
