Product Description
The stainless steel rotary dryer for food ingredients is a dedicated drying equipment tailored for food raw materials, with all parts in contact with materials made of food-grade 304 or 316L stainless steel. It strictly complies with food safety hygiene standards, effectively avoiding metal ion precipitation and microbial contamination. It is widely used in the drying scenarios of grain, fruit residue, vegetable raw materials, food additives and other food ingredients.
Working Principle
The food-grade sealed stainless steel drum is driven by a stable adjustable low-speed transmission system to rotate gently. The built-in polished non-dead-angle lifting plates make the food raw materials turn evenly and fully contact with the purified hot air that does not contain any harmful impurities. The moisture in the materials is efficiently evaporated in the precise temperature control zone suitable for food raw materials, which can avoid high-temperature damage to nutrients. The dried food raw materials are stably discharged through the food-grade non-residue discharging port, and the dust is recovered by the food-grade dust removal unit, realizing the full-process pollution-free and nutrition-preserving drying operation.

Excellent nutrient retention: The precise temperature control system can accurately control the drying temperature in the optimal interval, effectively avoiding the loss of heat-sensitive nutrients in food raw materials.
Easy to clean and sterilize: The inner wall is precisely polished without dead corners or burrs, which is convenient for daily CIP cleaning and high-temperature sterilization, and greatly reduces the risk of microbial growth.
Highly adaptable: It can be customized for different food raw materials such as granular, powdery and pasty, and the processing capacity covers the range from 5kg/h to 1000t/d.
