Product Description
The low maintenance rotary dryer is a highly optimized industrial drying equipment designed to minimize later operation and maintenance costs. It adopts a simplified and highly reliable structural design, with few vulnerable parts and a long maintenance cycle. It can run stably for a long time with extremely low manual intervention, and is widely applicable to large-scale continuous drying production scenarios in industries such as chemical industry, mining, new energy and environmental protection, effectively reducing the comprehensive operation cost of the production line.
Working Principle
The equipment adopts a simplified transmission and support structure with high reliability. The drum is stably supported by a wear-resistant and self-lubricating riding wheel assembly, and driven by a high-efficiency sealed transmission system with almost no vulnerable parts. Wet materials are fed into the drum, and the optimized thickened wear-resistant lifting plates continuously turn and scatter the materials to make full contact with the hot air flow. The moisture is efficiently evaporated, and the dried materials are stably discharged. The whole operation process does not need frequent manual inspection and part replacement, realizing long-term stable operation with extremely low maintenance workload.

Extremely low maintenance workload: The number of vulnerable parts is reduced by more than 70% compared with ordinary dryers, and the regular maintenance cycle can be extended to more than 1 year, greatly reducing the labor demand for on-site maintenance.
Long service life of core components: The key load-bearing and wear-resistant parts are treated with special processes, and the service life can reach more than 10 years, avoiding frequent shutdown and part replacement.
High operation stability: The simplified and highly reliable structure greatly reduces the failure rate, and the 24-hour continuous operation rate is over 98%, avoiding production shutdown losses caused by equipment failures.
Significant cost reduction: The later maintenance cost is reduced by more than 60% compared with ordinary dryers, which effectively lowers the comprehensive operation cost of the entire drying production line.
