Product Description
The stainless steel rotary dryer for granules is a special drying equipment tailored for granular materials, with all parts in contact with materials made of high-grade 304/316L stainless steel. It is equipped with optimized structures such as anti-breaking and uniform turning, which can effectively protect the integrity of granular materials and avoid cross-contamination. It is widely used in the drying scenarios of food granules, feed granules, new energy granules, chemical granules and other granular materials that have strict requirements for hygiene and granule integrity.
Working Principle
The specially designed stainless steel drum for granules is driven by an adjustable low-speed heavy-duty transmission system to rotate stably. The built-in special curved lifting plates gently turn the granular materials to make them fully contact with the uniformly distributed hot air flow, avoiding the impact and crushing of the granules. The moisture in the granules is evenly and efficiently evaporated through the multi-section constant temperature drying zone, and the dried granules are stably discharged through the special smooth anti-breaking discharging port. The tiny fine powder generated in the process is recovered by the matched dust collection system, realizing the full-process low-breakage, high-uniformity and pollution-free granular drying operation.
Key Features
Ultra-high granule integrity rate: The optimized low-speed operation and gentle turning structure make the granule breakage rate lower than 3%, and the integrity of finished granules is far higher than that of ordinary dryers.
Excellent hygienic and anti-corrosion performance: The full stainless steel polished inner cavity has no residual dead corners, which is easy to clean and sterilize, and fully meets the strict production standards of food, pharmaceutical and other industries.
Uniform drying without dead zones: The optimized air duct distribution makes the hot air fully wrap each granule, and the moisture of the dried granules is uniform, no local over-drying or under-drying.
Strong adaptability: It can be customized for different granular materials with particle size from 0.5mm to 20mm, and the processing capacity covers the range from 5kg/h to 1000t/d.
