Product Description
The high output rotary drum dryer is a large-capacity continuous drying equipment optimized for high-yield production demands. It adopts an extended drum design, high-torque heavy-duty transmission and high-efficiency heat exchange structure, and its hourly processing capacity is far higher than that of standard models. It is widely used in large-scale drying scenarios in industries such as new energy, mining, building materials, fine chemicals, etc., and can support 24-hour uninterrupted high-efficiency production to meet the mass production demands of large factories.
Working Principle
The lengthened and thickened drum is stably supported by a multi-group reinforced riding wheel structure, and driven by a high-power high-torque transmission system to run continuously and stably at a low speed. A large amount of wet materials are continuously and quantitatively fed into the drum through the high-capacity anti-blocking feeding system. The optimized combined lifting plates fully spread the materials into a uniform material curtain, making the materials fully contact with the large-flow high-temperature hot air. The moisture is efficiently evaporated through the multi-section extended constant temperature drying zone, and the dried materials are continuously and stably discharged through the high-output special discharging structure, realizing ultra-large-capacity continuous drying operation.
Key Features
Ultra-high production capacity: The maximum daily processing capacity can reach more than 2000 tons, which is 2-3 times that of standard dryers of the same specification, fully meeting the high-yield mass production demands.
High thermal efficiency and low energy consumption: The optimized internal heat exchange structure makes the thermal efficiency as high as 93%, and the unit energy consumption is reduced by more than 15% compared with ordinary high-yield drying equipment.
Stable long-term operation: The heavy-duty reinforced structure can adapt to 24-hour uninterrupted operation for a long time, with an operation rate of over 98%, avoiding production shutdown losses caused by insufficient capacity.
Highly customizable: It can be matched with stainless steel anti-corrosion, PLC intelligent control, high-efficiency dust removal and other configurations according to material characteristics, to meet the high-output drying demands of different industries.
