1. Product Overview

High-pressure boiler tubes are special seamless pressure-bearing steel pipes manufactured strictly according to GB/T 5310 standard. They are designed for high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions in thermal power plants, supercritical power units, nuclear power systems and petrochemical high-temperature equipment.

The tubes can continuously withstand steam temperature from 450℃ to 620℃ and working pressure above 9.8 MPa. Featuring high-temperature creep resistance, high tensile strength, structural stability, oxidation resistance and fatigue resistance, they are essential safety-grade pipes for high-temperature industrial systems.

2. Main Steel Grades & Working Temperature

  • 20G / 20MnG: Max long-term service temperature ≤450℃, used for economizers, water walls, low-temperature superheaters and general high-pressure steam pipelines.

  • 15CrMoG / 12Cr1MoVG: Working temperature 520℃–580℃, applied for high-temperature superheaters, reheaters, headers and petrochemical furnace tubes.

  • P11 / P22 / T11 / T22: 550℃–590℃, widely used in supercritical power units and high-temperature heat exchange systems.

  • P91 / T91 / P92 / T92: Max service temperature up to 620℃, suitable for ultra-supercritical power plants and nuclear power high-temperature main pipelines.

5. Production Process

Raw material inspection → Furnace heating → Piercing → Hot rolling / Cold drawing → Straightening → Normalizing + Tempering heat treatment → 100% UT inspection → Hydrostatic pressure test → Dimension inspection → Marking & Anti-rust packaging

Heat treatment ensures uniform metallographic structure, eliminates internal stress and guarantees no creep deformation under long-term high temperature.
