1. Product Overview
Cold Rolled Steel Coil (CRC) is high-precision steel produced by multi-pass precise cold rolling, annealing and skin pass finishing at room temperature, using pickled hot rolled coils as raw materials. Compared with hot rolled coils, cold rolled coils feature bright surface free of oxide scale, ultra-high dimensional accuracy, flat shape and uniform hardness, as well as excellent stamping performance. They serve as core raw materials for home appliances, automobiles, precision sheet metal, painting and electroplating industries, suitable for deep processing products requiring high precision and superior surface appearance.
2. Main Material Grades & Applications
2.1 Chinese & European Standard DC Series
DC01: General commercial grade, for simple bending, sheet metal, painting and hardware housings
DC03: Normal stamping grade, good bending and forming performance for regular drawing parts
DC04: Deep drawing grade, applicable to complex drawing and forming shells
DC05 / DC06: Extra deep drawing grade with ultra-high ductility, for complex automotive interior and precision drawing components
2.2 Japanese Standard SP Series
SPCC: General cold rolled steel (no strict stamping requirements)
SPCD: Cold rolled steel for stamping
SPCE: Cold rolled steel for deep drawing
2.3 Carbon Structural Cold Rolled Steel
Q195, Q235 cold rolled coils: Moderate hardness, specially used for structural supports and ordinary sheet metal parts

Standard inner coil diameter: 508mm / 610mm

Dimensional tolerance: Thickness, width and flatness precision far superior to hot rolled steel, free of warpage, wave shape and camber
Surface grades: FA/FB/FC precision surface, no scratches, black spots or oxide scale

5. Production Process
Warehousing of pickled hot rolled coils → Multi-pass cold rolling at room temperature → Work hardening → Continuous annealing / Bell annealing → Straightening & skin pass → Precise edge trimming → Surface inspection → Tension leveling → Marking & packaging → Flattening / Slitting → Warehousing & delivery

Transportation: Full-process anti-extrusion and anti-collision treatment to avoid surface scratches
Storage: Must be stored in dry warehouses; rain and moisture exposure are strictly prohibited to prevent surface rust
Delivery forms: Cold rolled coils, flattened cold rolled sheets and slit cold rolled strips
11. Foreign Trade Business Instructions
MOQ: 1 coil, mixed batches are acceptable
Sufficient stock for regular specifications; delivery cycle of 3–7 days for special thicknesses and stamping-grade materials
Available documents: Mill test certificate, material report, inspection report and certificate of origin
Payment terms: 30% TT advance payment, balance against copy of bill of lading
