Product Introduction
This stainless steel rotary dryer for starch is a high-sanitary anti-adhesion continuous drying equipment tailored for corn starch, potato starch, modified starch and other starch production scenarios. All parts in direct contact with materials are made of food-grade 304/316L stainless steel, with no heavy metal precipitation, no starch residue and high wear resistance. It can stably adapt to the long-term continuous drying of various wet starch raw materials, fully meeting national food safety and starch industry production standards. It is the core drying equipment to ensure no starch pollution, uniform moisture and stable product quality in modern starch production lines.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed fully enclosed food-grade stainless steel multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a low-noise stable transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. Wet starch materials to be dried are fed into the inner cylinder through a closed feeding port, and the built-in polished non-dead-angle anti-sticking stainless steel lifting plates continuously lift and scatter the materials as the drum rotates, making them fully contact with the filtered clean hot air flow. Free moisture in the starch materials is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage low-temperature constant temperature zones, and the dried starch products that meet the process standards are stably discharged from the special anti-caking discharging end, completing the continuous starch drying process. The all-food-grade material contact system will not produce any pollution reaction with starch materials, completely avoiding hidden dangers such as starch gelatinization, bacterial residue and product agglomeration.

This equipment has multiple targeted starch production exclusive advantages. The food-grade stainless steel structure completely meets the strict food contact safety requirements of the starch industry, and the mirror-polished inner cavity has no dead corners, effectively preventing wet starch sticking and residual mildew. The low-temperature constant temperature drying mode avoids starch gelatinization and maintains the original whiteness and fineness of starch. The fully enclosed operation design effectively controls starch dust overflow, meeting the safety and environmental protection standards of starch processing enterprises. It can be customized with different daily processing capacities from 5 tons to 400 tons according to the actual starch production scale of users.
