Product Introduction
This stainless steel rotary dryer for coffee beans is a high-aroma-preserving continuous drying equipment tailored for raw coffee beans, roasted coffee beans and coffee deep-processing scenarios. All parts in direct contact with coffee beans are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, with no heavy metal precipitation, no coffee residue and no peculiar smell adsorption. It can stably adapt to the long-term continuous drying of fresh coffee cherries, pre-dried coffee raw beans and post-roasted coffee products, fully meeting coffee food safety and specialty coffee processing standards. It is the core drying equipment to ensure no coffee pollution, complete coffee aroma retention and stable product quality in modern coffee production lines.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed fully enclosed food-grade stainless steel multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a low-noise stable transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. Coffee bean materials to be dried are fed into the inner cylinder through a closed feeding port, and the built-in polished non-dead-angle soft-lifting stainless steel lifting plates continuously turn and scatter the coffee beans as the drum rotates, making them fully contact with the filtered clean hot air flow. Free moisture in the coffee beans is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage precise gradient temperature control zones, and the dried coffee bean products that meet the specialty coffee moisture standards are stably discharged from the special coffee-protecting discharging end, completing the continuous coffee drying process. The all-food-grade material contact system will not produce any pollution reaction with coffee beans, completely avoiding hidden dangers such as coffee breakage, aroma loss and residual peculiar smell.

This equipment has multiple targeted coffee processing exclusive advantages. The food-grade stainless steel structure completely meets the strict food contact safety requirements of the coffee industry, and the mirror-polished inner cavity has no dead corners, effectively preventing coffee residue and cross-contamination between different coffee bean varieties. The multi-stage precise temperature control mode maximizes the retention of coffee natural aroma and flavor substances, avoiding coffee scorching and uneven moisture. The soft turning design greatly reduces the coffee bean breakage rate, and the finished coffee beans have uniform moisture and excellent flavor consistency. It can be customized with different daily processing capacities from 1 ton to 100 tons according to the actual coffee production scale of users.
