Product Introduction
This stainless steel rotary dryer for corn is a high-sanitary anti-mildew continuous drying equipment tailored for fresh corn, corn kernels and corn deep-processing scenarios. All parts in direct contact with corn are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, with no heavy metal precipitation, no corn residue and no peculiar smell adsorption. It can stably adapt to the long-term continuous drying of high-moisture newly harvested corn, fully meeting national grain safety and corn storage standards. It is the core drying equipment to ensure no corn pollution, low breakage rate and stable storage quality in modern corn production lines.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed fully enclosed food-grade stainless steel multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a low-noise stable transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. High-moisture corn materials to be dried are fed into the inner cylinder through a closed feeding port, and the built-in polished non-dead-angle soft-lifting stainless steel lifting plates continuously turn and scatter the corn kernels as the drum rotates, making them fully contact with the filtered clean warm air flow. Free moisture in the corn is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage precise gradient temperature control zones, and the dried corn products that meet the national corn storage moisture standards are stably discharged from the special corn-protecting discharging end, completing the continuous corn drying process. The all-food-grade material contact system will not produce any pollution reaction with corn, completely avoiding hidden dangers such as corn breakage, mildew and nutrient loss.

This equipment has multiple targeted corn processing exclusive advantages. The food-grade stainless steel structure completely meets the strict food contact safety requirements of the corn industry, and the mirror-polished inner cavity has no dead corners, effectively preventing corn residue and cross-contamination between different corn batches. The multi-stage low-temperature constant temperature drying mode maximizes the retention of corn original taste and germination rate, avoiding corn grain cracking and nutrient degradation. The large-capacity continuous operation design can efficiently handle the centralized drying demand of newly harvested corn, and the finished corn has uniform moisture and excellent storage stability. It can be customized with different daily processing capacities from 10 tons to 1200 tons according to the actual corn production scale of users.
