Product Introduction
This stainless steel rotary dryer for tea leaves is a high-aroma-preserving continuous drying equipment tailored for green tea, black tea, oolong tea and other tea processing scenarios. All parts in direct contact with tea are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, with no heavy metal precipitation, no tea residue and no peculiar smell adsorption. It can stably adapt to the long-term continuous drying of various fresh tea leaves and fermented tea blanks, fully meeting tea food safety and tea processing industry standards. It is the core drying equipment to ensure no tea pollution, complete tea aroma retention and stable product quality in modern tea production lines.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed fully enclosed food-grade stainless steel multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a low-noise stable transmission system to rotate at a uniform ultra-low speed. Tea materials to be dried are fed into the inner cylinder through a closed feeding port, and the built-in polished non-dead-angle soft-lifting stainless steel lifting plates continuously lift and scatter the tea leaves as the drum rotates, making them fully contact with the filtered clean warm air flow. Free moisture in the tea leaves is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage precise constant temperature zones, and the dried tea products that meet the process standards are stably discharged from the special tea-protecting discharging end, completing the continuous tea drying process. The all-food-grade material contact system will not produce any pollution reaction with tea leaves, completely avoiding hidden dangers such as tea broken rate increase, aroma loss and residual peculiar smell.

This equipment has multiple targeted tea processing exclusive advantages. The food-grade stainless steel structure completely meets the strict food contact safety requirements of the tea industry, and the mirror-polished inner cavity has no dead corners, effectively preventing tea residue and cross-contamination between different tea varieties. The low-temperature constant temperature drying mode maximizes the retention of tea natural aroma and nutrients, avoiding tea scorching and color deterioration. The ultra-low speed soft turning design greatly reduces the tea broken rate, and the finished tea has uniform moisture and excellent shape integrity. It can be customized with different daily processing capacities from 0.5 ton to 50 tons according to the actual tea production scale of users.
