Product Introduction
This stainless steel rotary dryer for soybean is a high-sanitary anti-crack continuous drying equipment tailored for fresh soybeans, soybean kernels and soybean deep-processing scenarios. All parts in direct contact with soybeans are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, with no heavy metal precipitation, no soybean residue and no peculiar smell adsorption. It can stably adapt to the long-term continuous drying of high-moisture newly harvested soybeans, fully meeting national grain safety and soybean storage standards. It is the core drying equipment to ensure no soybean pollution, low breakage rate and stable storage quality in modern soybean production lines.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed fully enclosed food-grade stainless steel multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a low-noise stable transmission system to rotate at a uniform ultra-low speed. High-moisture soybean materials to be dried are fed into the inner cylinder through a closed feeding port, and the built-in polished non-dead-angle soft-lifting stainless steel lifting plates continuously turn and scatter the soybean grains as the drum rotates, making them fully contact with the filtered clean warm air flow. Free moisture in the soybeans is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage precise gradient slow temperature rise zones, and the dried soybean products that meet the national soybean storage moisture standards are stably discharged from the special soybean-protecting discharging end, completing the continuous soybean drying process. The all-food-grade material contact system will not produce any pollution reaction with soybeans, completely avoiding hidden dangers such as soybean breakage, oil spillage and germination rate decline.

This equipment has multiple targeted soybean processing exclusive advantages. The food-grade stainless steel structure completely meets the strict food contact safety requirements of the soybean industry, and the mirror-polished inner cavity has no dead corners, effectively preventing soybean residue and cross-contamination between different soybean batches. The multi-stage low-temperature constant temperature drying mode maximizes the retention of soybean oil content and germination rate, avoiding soybean grain cracking and nutrient degradation. The large-capacity continuous operation design can efficiently handle the centralized drying demand of newly harvested soybeans, and the finished soybeans have uniform moisture and excellent storage stability. It can be customized with different daily processing capacities from 10 tons to 1000 tons according to the actual soybean production scale of users.
