Product Introduction
This stainless steel rotary dryer for spices is a high-sanitary aroma-preserving continuous drying equipment tailored for natural spices, edible spices, plant spice raw materials and other spice production scenarios. All parts in direct contact with materials are made of food-grade 304/316L stainless steel, with no heavy metal precipitation, no spice residue and excellent corrosion resistance to spice volatile oils. It can stably adapt to the long-term continuous drying of various spice raw materials such as pepper, cinnamon, anise and aromatic plant fragments, fully meeting national food safety standards. It is the core drying equipment to ensure no spice pollution, complete aroma retention and stable product quality in modern spice production lines.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed fully enclosed food-grade stainless steel multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a low-noise stable transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. Fresh spice raw materials to be dried are fed into the inner cylinder through a closed feeding port, and the built-in polished non-dead-angle soft-lifting stainless steel lifting plates continuously lift and scatter the materials as the drum rotates, making them fully contact with the filtered low-temperature clean hot air flow. Free moisture in the spice materials is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage precise low-temperature constant temperature zones, and the dried spice products that meet the process standards are stably discharged from the special aroma-locking discharging end, completing the continuous spice drying process. The all-food-grade material contact system will not produce any pollution or aroma-absorbing reaction with spice materials, completely avoiding hidden dangers such as spice aroma loss, bacterial residue and effective ingredient degradation.

This equipment has multiple targeted spice production exclusive advantages. The food-grade stainless steel structure completely meets the strict food contact safety requirements of the spice industry, and the mirror-polished inner cavity has no dead corners, effectively preventing spice residue and cross-odor contamination. The low-temperature constant temperature drying mode maximizes the retention of natural spice aroma and effective ingredients, avoiding the loss of volatile aromatic oils. The fully enclosed aroma-locking operation design effectively prevents the escape of spice aroma, and the finished spice has uniform moisture and stable quality. It can be customized with different daily processing capacities from 1 ton to 100 tons according to the actual spice production scale of users.
