Product Introduction
This stainless steel rotary dryer for grains is a high-sanitary anti-mildew continuous drying equipment tailored for rice, wheat, corn and other grain processing scenarios. All parts in direct contact with grains are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, with no heavy metal precipitation, no grain residue and no peculiar smell adsorption. It can stably adapt to the long-term continuous drying of high-moisture newly harvested grains, fully meeting national grain safety and food processing standards. It is the core drying equipment to ensure no grain pollution, no mildew and stable storage quality in modern grain production lines.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed fully enclosed food-grade stainless steel multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a low-noise stable transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. High-moisture grain materials to be dried are fed into the inner cylinder through a closed feeding port, and the built-in polished non-dead-angle soft-lifting stainless steel lifting plates continuously turn and scatter the grains as the drum rotates, making them fully contact with the filtered clean warm air flow. Free moisture in the grains is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage precise low-temperature constant temperature zones, and the dried grain products that meet the national grain storage moisture standards are stably discharged from the special grain-protecting discharging end, completing the continuous grain drying process. The all-food-grade material contact system will not produce any pollution reaction with grains, completely avoiding hidden dangers such as grain breakage, mildew and nutrient loss.

This equipment has multiple targeted grain processing exclusive advantages. The food-grade stainless steel structure completely meets the strict food contact safety requirements of the grain industry, and the mirror-polished inner cavity has no dead corners, effectively preventing grain residue and cross-contamination between different grain varieties. The low-temperature constant temperature drying mode maximizes the retention of grain original taste and germination rate, avoiding grain cracking and nutrient degradation. The large-capacity continuous operation design can efficiently handle the centralized drying demand of newly harvested grains, and the finished grains have uniform moisture and excellent storage stability. It can be customized with different daily processing capacities from 10 tons to 1000 tons according to the actual grain production scale of users.
