Product Introduction
This stainless steel rotary dryer for sugar is a high-sanitary anti-corrosion continuous drying equipment tailored for white granulated sugar, brown sugar, glucose and other sugar product production scenarios. All parts in direct contact with materials are made of food-grade 304/316L stainless steel, with no heavy metal precipitation, no sugar residue and high wear resistance. It can stably adapt to the long-term continuous drying of various wet sugar crystals, syrup crystallization products and refined sugar raw materials, fully meeting national food safety standards. It is the core drying equipment to ensure no sugar pollution, uniform moisture and stable product quality in modern sugar production lines.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed fully enclosed food-grade stainless steel multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a low-noise stable transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. Wet sugar materials to be dried are fed into the inner cylinder through a closed feeding port, and the built-in polished non-dead-angle anti-sticking stainless steel lifting plates continuously lift and scatter the materials as the drum rotates, making them fully contact with the filtered dust-free clean hot air flow. Free moisture in the sugar materials is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage low-temperature constant temperature zones, and the dried sugar products that meet the process standards are stably discharged from the special anti-caking sanitary discharging end, completing the continuous sugar drying process. The all-food-grade material contact system will not produce any pollution reaction with sugar materials, completely avoiding hidden dangers such as sugar discoloration, bacterial residue and product caking.

This equipment has multiple targeted sugar production exclusive advantages. The food-grade stainless steel structure completely meets the strict food contact safety requirements of the sugar industry, and the mirror-polished inner cavity has no dead corners, effectively preventing sugar residue and bacterial growth. The low-temperature constant temperature drying mode maximizes the retention of sugar color and sweetness, avoiding sugar melting and discoloration. The fully enclosed dust-free operation design effectively isolates external pollution, and the finished sugar has uniform moisture and high whiteness. It can be customized with different daily processing capacities from 5 tons to 300 tons according to the actual sugar production scale of users.
