Product Introduction
This stainless steel rotary dryer for salt is a professional anti-corrosion continuous drying equipment tailored for industrial salt, edible salt, sea salt and other salt production scenarios. Its main body and all material contact parts are made of 316L high anti-salt-corrosion stainless steel, with excellent chloride ion corrosion resistance, no heavy metal precipitation and high wear resistance. It can stably adapt to the long-term continuous drying of various high-salt raw materials such as wet salt crystals, brine crystallization products, and refined salt, and is widely used in salt chemical plants, edible salt processing enterprises. It is the core drying equipment to ensure no salt pollution, uniform moisture and long-term stable operation of salt production lines.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed all-salt-corrosion-resistant stainless steel multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque heavy-duty transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. Wet salt materials to be dried are fed into the inner cylinder, and the built-in anti-wear salt-special stainless steel lifting plates continuously lift and scatter the materials as the drum rotates, making them fully contact with the clean hot air flow. Free moisture in the salt materials is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage constant temperature control zones, and the dried salt products that meet the national standard moisture requirements are stably discharged from the special anti-caking discharging end, completing the large-capacity continuous salt drying process. The 316L stainless steel material contact system will not produce corrosion reaction with high-chloride salt materials, completely avoiding salt pollution and equipment perforation failure risks.
Core Features
This equipment has multiple targeted salt production exclusive advantages. The 316L high anti-chloride-corrosion stainless steel structure can resist long-term erosion of high-concentration brine, and the service life is more than 4 times that of ordinary carbon steel salt dryers. The special low-temperature drying process effectively prevents salt caking, and the finished salt has uniform moisture and high whiteness. The fully sealed operation design reduces salt dust overflow, which meets the environmental protection requirements of salt chemical production. It can be customized with different daily processing capacities from 10 tons to 500 tons according to the actual salt production scale of users.
