1. Product Introduction
This machine is a large-scale rotary dryer specially designed for MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) production lines. It has a daily processing capacity of 500 tons and is specifically developed for drying wood chips and raw wood materials used in MDF board manufacturing processes.
It can accurately reduce the moisture content of high-moisture wood chips to the process standard required for fiber grinding, resin mixing, and hot pressing molding. The equipment effectively solves problems caused by uneven raw material moisture content, such as board deformation, panel bursting, and poor bonding strength, making it a core pre-treatment machine for MDF production lines.

3. Working Principle
Wet wood chips from the production line are quantitatively fed into the rotary drying drum. Through continuous drum rotation, specially designed lifting flights repeatedly lift and scatter the materials, forming a uniform and loose material layer.
High-temperature hot air fully exchanges heat with the wood chips through convection, rapidly and evenly evaporating moisture from inside the material.
The dried wood chips that meet the required standards are directly conveyed to the grinding process. Dust and moisture-containing exhaust gas generated during drying are treated through the dust removal and purification system before clean discharge.
The entire process operates with fully automatic continuous production, ensuring stable and efficient operation of the MDF production line.
