Product Introduction
This 300 TPD rotary dryer for wood chips fuel plant is a professional large-capacity drying equipment tailored for biomass fuel production scenarios. It adopts a three-cylinder insulation structure, with a daily processing capacity of 300 tons of wet wood chips, and can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 40%~60% to below 12%. It is the core drying equipment to ensure the quality and calorific value of finished wood chip fuel.
Working Principle
The inclined multi-cylinder body is driven by a stable transmission system to rotate at a low constant speed. The wet wood chips are fed into the inner cylinder, and are fully contacted with the high-temperature hot air flow under the action of the lifting plate. The materials are dried step by step through the inner, middle and outer cylinders, and the moisture is rapidly evaporated and discharged. The dried wood chips are stably output from the discharge port, completing the continuous drying process.

This 300 TPD model has multiple targeted advantages. The three-cylinder insulation design greatly improves the thermal efficiency, reduces the fuel consumption by more than 20% compared with single-cylinder dryers. The special anti-blocking lifting plate structure avoids the material sticking and clogging problem during wood chip drying.
