Product Introduction
This 200 tpd rotary dryer for hardwood chips processing is a large-capacity professional drying equipment tailored for hardwood chip deep processing scenarios. It adopts a special anti-blocking and high-efficiency heat exchange structure adapted to the characteristics of high density and large particle size of hardwood chips, with a daily processing capacity of 200 tons of wet hardwood chips. It can stably reduce the moisture content of raw materials to the standard range required for subsequent wood-based panel, biomass fuel and other processing, which is the core drying equipment to support large-scale hardwood chip processing production lines.
Working Principle
The large-diameter reinforced rotary cylinder is driven by a high-torque transmission system to rotate at a set low speed. The wet hardwood chips are continuously fed into the cylinder, and are lifted and scattered layer by layer by the built-in special material-lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, making full contact with the high-temperature hot air flow. The moisture in the hardwood chips is rapidly evaporated under the action of uniform heat exchange, and the dried hardwood chips that meet the processing moisture standard are stably discharged from the discharge port, completing the continuous large-capacity drying process.

This 200 tpd hardwood chip rotary dryer has multiple targeted advantages. The special anti-blocking material guiding structure effectively avoids the material jamming problem of large-particle hardwood chips during the drying process. The 200-ton daily processing capacity perfectly matches the high-yield demand of large hardwood deep processing enterprises. The multi-layer insulation structure greatly reduces heat loss, and the thermal efficiency is more than 35% higher than that of ordinary single-cylinder dryers. The drying temperature is precisely adjustable, which will not cause the hardwood chips to crack and deteriorate, ensuring the material quality. The fully enclosed operation has no dust overflow, which meets environmental protection requirements.
