Product Introduction
This 50 TPD rotary dryer for fine sawdust thermal drying is a professional continuous drying equipment tailored for small and medium-sized biomass processing scenarios. It adopts a single-cylinder rotary structure specially optimized for fine sawdust, with a daily processing capacity of 50 tons of raw fine sawdust. It can efficiently reduce the moisture content of fine sawdust from 40%~60% to below 12%, and the dried finished sawdust can be directly used for biomass fuel, particle processing and other scenarios. It is the core drying equipment to support the stable operation of small and medium-sized sawdust processing plants.
Working Principle
The inclined single-cylinder body is driven by a stable transmission system to rotate at a low and uniform speed. The wet fine sawdust enters the cylinder from the feeding end, and is continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in special lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, forming a uniform material curtain in the cylinder. The high-temperature hot air fully contacts with the scattered fine sawdust for rapid heat and mass transfer, taking away the moisture in the material. After the material moves to the discharging end along the inclined cylinder, the dried fine sawdust finished product is stably output, completing the continuous thermal drying process.

The specially designed lifting plate structure effectively avoids the material sticking and agglomeration problems during fine sawdust drying, and the drying efficiency is significantly improved. The optimized hot air distribution system makes the heat utilization rate reach more than 60%, and the energy consumption is low. The operation is stable and reliable, and it can support 24-hour continuous operation with low failure rate. It can be matched with a variety of clean heat sources such as biomass hot blast stoves, with strong adaptability.
