Product Introduction
This 80 tpd rotary dryer for sawdust briquette press feeding is a professional large-capacity drying equipment tailored for sawdust briquette production scenarios. It adopts a special anti-winding and high-efficiency heat exchange structure adapted to the characteristics of light texture and easy flying of sawdust, with a daily processing capacity of 80 tons of wet sawdust. It can quickly reduce the moisture content of the raw material from 40%~60% to the optimal 8%~12% required for briquetting, and the dried finished material can be directly sent to the subsequent sawdust briquette press, which is the core drying equipment to ensure the smooth forming of sawdust briquettes.
Working Principle
The inclined rotary cylinder is driven by a stable transmission system to rotate at a set adjustable low speed. The wet sawdust enters the cylinder from the feeding end, and moves forward in a spiral trajectory under the action of the rotation of the cylinder and the hot air flow. The built-in special anti-winding lifting plates continuously lift and scatter the sawdust, making it fully contact with the high-temperature hot air flow for efficient heat exchange. After continuous drying, the sawdust with qualified moisture is stably discharged from the discharging end, and directly sent to the sawdust briquette press through the conveying system, completing the 80-ton daily continuous drying process.

This 80 tpd sawdust rotary dryer has multiple targeted advantages. The special anti-winding and anti-flying structure effectively avoids the material clogging and dust overflow problems easily caused by light sawdust. The optimized heat exchange system greatly improves the thermal efficiency, significantly reducing the energy consumption per ton of material. The adjustable rotating speed and temperature control system can precisely control the final moisture of the finished sawdust, perfectly matching the moisture requirement of the briquetting press. The sealed structure has no dust leakage, which is environmentally friendly and meets the continuous production demand of 80 tons per day.
