Product Introduction
This 200 tpd rotary dryer is a professional large-capacity drying equipment tailored for sawdust pellet production lines. It adopts a three-cylinder insulation enhanced structure, with a daily processing capacity of 200 tons of wet sawdust, and can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 45%~55% to the 8%~12% range required for pellet pressing. It is the core pre-treatment equipment to ensure the smooth forming and quality of subsequent sawdust pellets.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed three-cylinder main body is driven by a stable transmission system to rotate at a low and uniform speed. The high-temperature hot air fully contacts with the wet sawdust that is continuously fed into the cylinder and advances along the spiral lifting plate. Through the three-stage drying zones of preheating, high-temperature evaporation and cooling, the moisture in the sawdust is quickly and evenly removed. The dried qualified sawdust is stably discharged from the discharge port, and the tail gas is discharged after dust removal, completing the continuous and efficient drying process.

This 200 tpd model has multiple targeted advantages for sawdust pellet production. The three-cylinder insulation design greatly reduces heat loss, and the thermal efficiency is more than 40% higher than that of single-cylinder dryers. The large processing capacity fully meets the 200-ton daily production demand of large pellet plants. The temperature control system is precise and adjustable, which can avoid the problem of sawdust overheating and carbonization. The equipment runs stably with low failure rate, and can support 24-hour continuous operation of the pellet production line.
